The extensive art program will bring exhibits and installations to the Ballantyne campus.
Northwood Office is partnering with local organizations to bring vibrancy and creativity to the south Charlotte region. Customers and guests are welcome to experience immersive exhibits, murals, sculptures and more from Blumenthal Performing Arts, ArtPop Street Gallery, Charlotte is Creative and The Savage Way. CREATE Ballantyne exemplifies the campus’ commitment to supporting the local art community.
Blumenthal Performing Arts
In conjunction with the Charlotte International Arts Festival, Blumenthal Performing Arts will bring two larger-than-life installations to Ballantyne’s Backyard. “Man” by Parer Studio will be positioned overlooking a pond, and Architects of Air Luminarium inflatable sculpture will be situated on the lawn at the main entrance of the Backyard. The exhibits will be on view from September 16 through October 2.
ArtPop Street Gallery
Through the work of local artists, ArtPop’s billboard-sized, one-of-a-kind banners hang along construction fencing throughout the Ballantyne campus. Customized painted picnic tables inspired by elements of nature can be found in the food truck dining area in Ballantyne’s Backyard.
